What is your mission as a Journey Agent?
My mission is to help others grow from where they are to where they want to be, and who they are to who they were born to be. It is the journey I am taking as well.

How do you work?
I love working with groups, large and small, in workshop settings of from 3 hours to multiple days (depending on the subject we are pursuing), at conferences, lectures, retreats, live events, and in radio and television programming. With groups, the work is highly interactive, allowing participants to experience the knowledge they are hearing, and to incorporate their learning into the ground of their being, thus leading to actual changes in their outlook, behavior and their lives.

What do you teach?
I use traditional arts and culture, music, theater games, metaphysics and eastern philosophy, world literature and history to augment topics of personal empowerment, leadership development strategic planning and expanded consciousness. I teach that we are born to be happy, that we are deserving of every good thing we desire, that the universe is supporting us with everything we need if we would only see and access it, that we are placed here to do something that only we can fulfill, and that we already have what we need to manifest it.

What are the most common questions people ask you?
The most common questions I am asked from individuals revolve around the person’s inner quest for more self-knowledge, such as finding one’s life purpose, how to feel happier and more fulfilled, how to make the right decisions, questions about guiding one’s career and finding the right mentor. Common questions from corporate or organizational managers include how to motivate employees, how to resolve discord and poor communication between staff members or divisions within a company, how to develop employees into stronger, self-starting leaders, or requests to help clarify and strategize the thinking and objectives of a team around a specific project.

What do you love most about what you do?
I feel most alive, most present and centered in myself and my life  when I am leading a group or event as Journey Agent. There is a sensation of being connected with everyone in the room, of feeling what they are feeling and anticipating the questions forming in their minds. And then, to watch someone catch a glimpse of themselves as an empowered, worthy and self-directed being, of feeling the grace and poignancy of their own lives is something that moves and satisfies me to my core.  Those feel like holy moments, and that I am doing what I have been placed on earth to do.

Top

Do you do workshops at conferences?
Yes, I am often asked to present workshops at conferences to help inspire, motivate and unify participants, and to provide an experience of personal agency – the ability to self-initiate a course of positive action in one’s life toward the fulfillment of goals and the manifestation of dreams.

Can corporations hire you?
Yes, indeed. Corporations that wish to help develop the leadership capacity of their managers and executives, increase productivity and strengthen employee identification with the company mission and objectives will hire me to conduct workshops and series of training’s for their teams. My approach begins with listening to what is being said – and not being said – about what is desired of the staff and what may be missing. Then I speak with all the stakeholders concerned, and develop a solution specifically designed for the perceived needs. The minimum amount of time is 3 hours, although a full day or day and a half is more common. The work always includes a follow up session a few weeks after.

How effective are you?
That’s a question best answered by my clients, and their remarks have reflected their supreme satisfaction with my work with their teams. Comments include: “talented,” “inspiring,” “raises the level of integrity of any room,” “smarts, hard work, a deep interest in others’ values and experiences, and an organizational fortitude to get a job finished,” “versatile and inspirational leader, expert at working with different groups and audiences… has had experience working both domestically and internationally and…her approach and style translates across borders,” “is a careful and creative thinker with an eye for details and a devotion to logic which serves her well both in the corporate arena and will definitely be an asset in the delivery of empowerment training for any organization in need of leadership management development.” Those are wonderful things to hear, and let me know that my intentions are being realized and felt by others.
